Since our launch in 2007, FIT PROF reviews have been based on the extensive experience and industry knowledge of our Review Board. Below is a brief bio of our board members (both past and present):

Derek McCormick
Over the last three decades, FITPROF.net Founder Derek McCormick has amassed an extensive repertoire of fitness expertise: Consulting. Design. Equipment. Heath Clubs. Nutrition. Training. “To fully appreciate and solve any complex challenge, you must first understand all of the variables involved plus the sequence in which they occur. As owner of Trillion Industries, Derek has become one of the most sought after fabricators in North America. With a level of passion, craftsmanship and attention to detail rarely seen, Trillion has been involved in the development and fabrication of everything from safety railings to executive helicopters. Derek’s knowledge and skill with both mechanic and electrical componentry has resulted in his works being showcased around North America including Michael Lichter’s 2007 art exhibition held in Sturgis, SD and two appearances at the historical  Bonneville Salt Flats (yielding a land speed record).

Beyond his previous worked as an Athletic Trainer, Strength Coach, Fitness Evaluator and Assistant Director of Football Operations in the Canadian Football League (CFL), Jeff has built a reputation of being THE health and fitness trainer. Over 10,000 individuals including CFL, CIS, IFBB, MLB, NFL, NHL, Olympic, RWB, as well as amateur and recreational athletes have trusted Jeff to help them reach their potential…and beyond.  Jeff was the key founder of Elite Performance Centers (Winnipeg) and although no longer active with the FIT-PROF Review process, is very active in promoting the amateur bodybuilding scene in Canada.
